Sugar paste
Sugar modelling paste with cocoa butter. Ideal for making figures. The sugar modelling paste is free from added flavourings and colourings. The sugar modelling paste has a light chocolate aroma and taste. Available in 200 g, 500 g and 1 kg packages. This modelling paste is popular with experienced pastry chefs specialising in figure modelling and cake decoration.

Edible printer and accessories
Canon printer for printing on edible paper. All types of edible paper can be printed on: wafer paper, sugar sheets, chocolate transfer sheets and meringue transfer sheets. The kit includes a ready-to-use printer with food colour cartridges and food colours for refilling the cartridges. The printer also has copy and scan functions. The printer works on a wireless network (Wi-Fi). It can be connected to computers, tablets and smartphones. Digital printing technology ensures excellent print quality. We provide advice, after-sales service, a 12-month warranty and all printing-related materials – edible paper and food colours.
